The original line up of Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne (vocals), Tony Iommi (guitar), ‘Geezer’ Butler (Bass) and Bill Ward (Drums) are the inventors of Heavy Metal, their self titled debut and second album “paranoid” changed the world of music forever and have inspired countless bands in what is now one of the biggest genres of music. As Ozzy himself puts it, “When we released the album Black Sabbath, Tom Jones was in the charts singing What’s New Pussy Cat! When people heard us singing about demons and death people were like, What the hell is this all about!”
